Grasshopper Bark
Saw this on Pinterest and of course...had to make my OWN version. It is easy and yummy and already packed into cute little boxes for gift-giving!

- Ingredients:
- 24 oz Dark chocolate (I use Nestle Dark Morsels)
24 oz White baking chips
1 Tbsp canola oil (divided)
1 tsp mint extract
Green food coloring
Andes mint chips baking chips
- Directions:
- Lightly spray baking sheet with PAM (or the like)
Melt white chocolate or white baking chips in the microwave or a bowl set over simmering water
Add food coloring, mint extract, and then 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil, stirring just until smooth and all green
Pour the green chocolate onto the baking sheet and spread evenly
Let cool for 15 minutes in the fridge
Melt dark chocolate in the microwave then stir in the rest of the vegetable oil. Cool slightly
Pour over the green mint layer and spread it evenly, almost to the edge of the green layer.
Sprinkle the mint chips on top and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
Cut or break into pieces.
Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
