We received this email from Stephanie, and just had to share it with you!

Tommy and Brook,

I must tell you that my daughter and I LOVE the little giggles that you do on Thursday mornings! Keep in mind that she is 18, and today was the last day that we would share this together because she is a senior and her last day of school is tomorrow. We didn't always hear them together before I dropped her off, but I would usually hear one or two of them on my way to work, and text them to her. She always shares them with her friends and usually there was a response of some kind texted back. 

Next year I'll be texting them to her while she is in A School, as she leaves for the Navy in July.  

I just wanted to say thank you for this little thing that we have shared together. It's been fun!

Looking for something different to grill for Memorial Day?

I got this from Byron Center Meats. It is FANTASTIC!

Grilled Picanha

Ingredients:

1 Beef Picanha (A Prime cut of the Sirloin)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

Sea Salt

Ultimate Steak and Roast Rub

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your grill to low heat. Rub Picanha with EVOO and season the fat cap. Place Picanha on grill, fat cap up. Grill on low heat until meat has reached an internal temp of 130-140 degrees. (for me it was about 20-25 minutes) Let meat rest for 3-4 minutes before slicing 1/4 inch think pieces.
