Core apples and fill with Apple crisp mix. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minute.

Two Ingredient Chip Dip

Ingredients:
One 15oz. can no bean chili
One 8oz. package cream cheese
Directions:
Mix together and heat. Scoop up with corn chips.



Spaghetti Bake!

SPAGHETTI BAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (or sprinkle a few dashes of onion powder)
  • 1 (26 ounce) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions



  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Place half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Top with half of the cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Uncover; bake 20-25 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.


Michigan Peach Salmon and SLAW!

Peachy Pink Salmon

1 half-salmon
1 TBs olive oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
4 Michigan's Best peaches
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp ground cloves
1 TBs ginger paste

Make semi-dry rub of olive oil, 1/4 cup brown sugar and cloves. Rub on salmon and let it set. Blanche peaches then peel and cut into small pieces. Boil cut up peaches with orange juice, 1/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger paste. Mash peaches and continue to reduce.

Meanwhile take salmon and sear in a little olive oil on stove top. Flip and peel (see per video) Place salmon in baking dish and top with peach sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven 20 minutes or until flakey. (please see video for step by step instructions and extra tips and anything else I may have forgotten!! ha ha!)





Healthy Slaw

1 bag broccoli slaw
1 bag angel hair cole slaw
3/4 cup Spartan mayonnaise
3 TBs Spartan sugar
1 TBs Spartan vinegar (can be red wine vinegar)
1 tsp ginger paste (find by bagged salad and fresh herbs)

Mix sauce together and fold in slaw.
