Just wanted to be sure that you had all the information for this Saturday’s 8am training for the Fifth Third 5K Community Walk and the (downtown) David D. Hunting YMCA. You do NOT need to be a Y member to do this training.
To get your steps in, join us upstairs on the track to get up to 3 miles! This way we are indoors, but you can also feel comfortable to only do what you are prepared for at this point. You can also register for an iPad Mini with Blue Care Network. It's not about how far you go, it's about getting on your way.
There's a training clinic at 7:15 a.m. that will be highlight how to incorporate cycling into your cross training. The training run/walk will take off at 8 a.m.
