Some of us were around before MTV.  Our music television was "American Bandstand" and "Soul Train".  I was sorry to hear of the passing of Don Cornelius today.  What a voice that man had.  I learned so many dance moves...

There's a reason we Go Red for Women every February.  As women, we are always taking care of everyone else and we tend to ignore or downplay our own needs.  That includes our health.  If we want to be around to get more done for more people who depend on us, our health needs to be a priority.
