- Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets, about 6 oz each
4 tsp BLiS Thai Peanut Rub
4 Great Lakes Grilling Cedar Wraps, moistened according to package instructions
- Directions:
- Preheat oven or grill to 400 degrees.
Place fish in the center of moistened cedar wrap.
Sprinkle each fillet with about a tsp of Thai peanut.
Enclose fish in the wrap according to wrap package instructions.
If grilling place cedar wrap directly on grill and cook for 8-10m minutes, until fish is cooked thoroughly.
If baking place wrapped fish on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the center rack of the oven and bake about 8-10 minutes until fish is cooked to medium well.
Serve fish in or out of the cedar wrap.
