Back-2-School Breakfast
This is an easy recipe that can be made a day ahead and baked the morning of the first day of school.

- Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
12 slices of whole wheat bread
5 eggs
1.5 cups milk
Pinch salt
- Directions:
- Melt butter, and mix with sugar and cinnamon. Pour into 9x13 pan. Place 6 slices of bread on top of mixture and then 6 more slices on top of that. Then mix eggs, milk and salt together. Pour over bread and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Top with syrup and ENJOY!!
