This tasty apple butter is a real slow cooker, but well worth the wait. Depending on the sweetness of the apples used, the amount of sugar may be adjusted to taste. We found this on the All Recipes site!

Crock Pot Roast

This is what my kids have called "Juicy Meat" for years. It is the easiest thing. The recipe originated from my sister, but I have kind of "morphed" it through the years and now I'm not sure exactly how she made it! ha! This roast can be pulled apart (it usually just falls apart) and we put it over noodles and serve with rolls and salad.
