4th Annual Fire Rescue Expo
Saturday, May 4 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
LaGrave Fire Station – Grand Rapids
The Grand Rapids Fire Department will be showcasing their trucks and talking to families about fire safety this Saturday. Kids can try on gear, spray a hose and extinguisher, meet the station’s mascot and more.
9th Annual Festival of Health Exploration
Saturday, May 4 from Noon – 4 p.m.
Kalamazoo Valley Museum
This family focused expo will be featuring fun and interactive vendors aimed at keeping your family in good health. Booths will promote sports, martial arts, gardening, nutrition, safety and more.
Family Archery Lessons
Saturday, May 4 from 12:30 – 2 p.m.
Blandford Nature Center – Grand Rapids
Participants of all ages will get a lesson and learn about range safety and the fundamentals for good shooting.
Tulip Time Festival!

This annual celebration of Dutch heritage kicks off this weekend with a carnival, children’s activities, arts and crafts fair, Dutch dancing, and fireworks on Saturday night.

Kids can choose to participate in a 1/2 mile or 1 mile fun run at 5:30 p.m. or a 5K run at 6:30 p.m. Registration begins at 4:30 p.m.
