More than 100 RV lines cover 200,000 square feet at DeVos Place for the biggest RV show in the state. Check out RVs, RV accessories, and campground and travel destinations. Adults are $9. Children ages 6 to 14 are $3.
Grand Haven Winterfest
Thursday, Jan. 23 through Sunday, Jan. 26 – All day
Celebrate winter in Grand Haven with a full weekend of events. You can see the Intergalactic Human Sled Race, Family Dog Pull, Luau Extravaganza, Kids Day, Polar Plunge, Snow Angel Contest, and more. Weekend passes are $10 and includes the Luau Entertainment tent, as well as discounts and specials at many restaurants and bars.
Grand Rapids WinterWest 2014 at Richmond Park
Friday, Jan. 24 through Sunday, Feb. 9 – All day
The annual event kicks off at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 25. Throughout the event, you can see a hockey tournament, FatBike Bike Race, a Crazy Cardboard Sled Competition, and more. Check out the website and Facebook fan page for updates on events.
Face-off for Autism hockey game, Kentwood Ice Arena
Friday, Jan. 24 at 7 p.m.
The East Kentwood varsity hockey team is hosting a quieter hockey game for children with autism to enjoy. The event includes an appearance by former MSU basketball player Anthony Ianni, a raffle with NHL items, a vendor fair, silent auction, and autism awareness bracelets for sale. The goal is to raise at least $500 for the Family Hope Foundation Scholarship Fund. Tickets are $5 for adults, $2 for students.

The fans get to choose the rule of the game with the Harlem Globetrotters’ 2014 “Fans Rule” World Tour. Go online at vote on new rules to be used in actual games.
