These fun no-bake snacks can be made in several different ways. This just happens to be the way we did it this time. You can substitute the cornflakes for crispy chow mein noodles if you'd like. You can also add nuts for a crunchier version. Up to you! This is just the starter version!
1 cup peanut butter
1 (12 oz) bag butterscotch chips
6 cups corn flakes
Melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips in pan over low heat while stirring.
Pour over cornflakes in large bowl and stir until coated thoroughly.
Scoop by the spoonful on to wax paper and let cool.
